What  is  it?

The Valley 4th RUN is the ONLY chipped timing race in the Shenandoah Valley that lets you pick your distance and pick your charity.  Plus, it's a great opportunity to run/walk/roll through the streets of downtown Harrisonburg on the greatest holiday of the year.

We are thrilled to partner with Harrisonburg Downtown Renaissance to kick off the Valley 4th Celebration!  See "Race Details and Map" tab for more information.

Who  is  it  for?

The Valley 4th RUN is built for YOU!  We believe anyone can make strides towards a healthy lifestyle.  Whether you're an avid runner/walker/roller or a first-timer, you are welcome.  We encourage you to participate at one distance this year and strive for a longer distance next year.

With local charities to choose and the option to run/walk/roll a 1 miler, 5K, or 10K, there's something for everyone.  Wheelchair racers are welcomed and encouraged.
